*all equipment rates include operators
**Labor and Operator rates are for an 8 hour day. Time in excess of 8 hours will be billed as overtime hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
***Rental Rates are based on a minimum Rental of 4 hours.

Tips on Pavement Resurfacing
When you need to resurface a section of pavement, know that only the asphalt that’s on the top layer is what’s replaced. This allows for the subgrade to be ready when you start resurfacing. A technique we use is adding paving fabric. This can help to extend the pavement overlay’s life over time.
Fabric like Mirapave is durable and high-quality. It includes an impermeable membrane that stops water from seeping through. Water seepage can lead to damage in the subgrade and this is what you want to avoid.
